Comments

Makes approximately 42 bars.

Dark semi-sweet chocolate chips can be substituted for regular semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Sweetened or unsweetened shredded coconut? Sweetened coconut yields a slightly sweeter, chewier and moister cookie. Unsweetened coconut is a bit healthier but the cookie will be less sweet and a bit more crumbly in texture.
