Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

Ingredients

For  Single recipe    (Makes 16 brownies)

Baking Pan:

Ingredients to melt in saucepan on low heat:

Brown Sugar, Eggs and Vanilla:

Dry Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Swirl Mixture:

Chopped Roasted Peanuts:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Butter sides and bottom of baking pan and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan melt the semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolate along with the butter on low heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove melted mixture from the heat.
  5. Using a big spoon or spatula, stir in the brown sugar.
  6. Add the vanilla and stir.
  7. Stir in the eggs.
  8. Add the dry ingredients and stir until blended.
  9. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
  10. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter swirl ingredients whisking until smooth.
  11. Drop dollops of the peanut butter swirl mixture on top of the brownie mixture. Use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter mixture into the brownie mixture.
  12. Sprinkle the chopped roasted peanuts over the top of the batter.
  13. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  14. Cool, cut and serve.
