Vodka Collins

Ingredients
Serving Glass:
- 1 Tall Narrow Glass (12-14 ounces)
Ice Cubes:
Vodka, Club Soda, Lemon Juice:
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 4 to 5 ounces club soda (or sparkling water)
Garnish:
- 1 lemon slice or lemon wedge
Instructions

Put three ice cubes in tall narrow glass.
- In a cocktail shaker combine 1 ice cube, vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour contents of cocktail shaker over the ice cubes in the tall glass.
- Top off glass with club soda.
- Stir.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
