Vodka Collins

Ingredients

Serving Glass:

• 1 Tall Narrow Glass (12-14 ounces)

Ice Cubes:

• 4-6 ice cubes

Vodka, Club Soda, Lemon Juice:

• 2 ounces vodka
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• ½ ounce simple syrup
• 4 to 5 ounces club soda water (or sparkling water)

Garnish:

• 1 lemon wedge

Instructions

1. Put three ice cubes in tall narrow glass.
2. In a cocktail shaker combine 1 ice cube, vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Pour contents of cocktail shaker over the ice cubes in the tall glass.
5. Top off glass with club soda.
6. Stir.
7. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
